Texting/Chatting. Since shy girls can’t speak out with people around, they are more expressive in text or chat. Give your number to her, ask her email and do the first move. Notice how she flirts back. Observe how interrogative she is in text. Because the best time to see a shy girl flirting, is when you are not visibly facing each other.
Glance and smile. A shy girl basically doesn’t want attention from the crowd. But definitely, when she wants your attention, she would always glance at your side. Communication. A quite girl is always quite but if she likes you, even if it is hard in her part, she will find ways just to have a word with you. Even if it would mean her stammering while talking to you. The poor girl flirting with you is making an effort anyway.
